What is the minimum run of products you will manufacture?
The minimum order we will manufacture is 500 bottles of powder, capsules, or tablets. Our minimum run of liquid vitamins is subject to fomulation. Please call (702) 378-2373 to speak to a sales rep to get more information or you may submit a contact form request (Click Here) through our website.
Is there a setup fee in addition to the prices we have received?
No, the prices that you will be given include all manufacturing setup fees. However, in some cases, we could run an order under the minimum requirement and charge an appropriate setup fee, as is applicable to a particular situation.
What are the costs involved with getting my labels created?
We can design your label from start to finish. Cost on average for a standard 4 color process, laminant coating, artwork and plates, is $750.00 for 5,000 labels per product, for a common size 60 or 90 count bottle. For more information, please ask your sales rep for more details.
I have my own artwork created, what format do you need?
Ideally, Adobe Illustrator (.ai) files are preferred, with all fonts outlined. However, we will also accept .pdf, .eps, and .tif files. When submitting these other formats, please be sure that resolution is set to 300 dpi or better. Anything lower than this, we cannot guarantee the quality of print.
What certifications do you have?
All of our products are manufactured in an FDA-Approved, cGMP certified facility.
When people in the industry say their materials are USP grade, what does that mean?
The United States Pharmacopeia (USP) is the official public standards-setting authority for all prescription and over-the-counter medicines, dietary supplements, and other healthcare products manu- factured in the United States. The USP conducts verification programs for dietary supplement ingred-ients and products. These programs involve independent testing and review to verify ingredient and product integrity, purity, and potency for manufacturers who choose to participate. I don't have any place to store all of these bottles, can you keep some of them and ship them to me when needed?
We do not offer fulfillment services ourselves, but can refer you to a reputable fulfillment company, upon request after you order. However, we do accept "Blanket Orders", please ask your sales representative for details.
What are your terms?
A 50% deposit to begin your order and the balance due before shipping. These are industry-standard terms. We accept American Bank issued Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Credit/Debit cards, Checks or Money Orders with an American Bank, Money wires, and Cash for all domestic orders, money wire transfers only for all international orders. All credit/debit card transactions require a 3% surcharge, as that is what it cost us to process.
