Ginger is the best medicine for cough, colds, and nausea, this is what I always used to cure myself. I have no other knowledge about the health benefits of ginger, but thanks to you I now know the other health benefits it has. When it comes to healing myself, I don't drink medicine instead I turn to natural remedies like fruits and vegetables. Among all the natural remedies I know ginger has more potential in curing many diseases one of my ways to use ginger is to boil it, then I drink the water I get after it's boiled and I also use oil for my scars.
