Thanks for sharing the many benefits of onions! I never knew that it is very beneficial to the body. I find it ironic that eating raw onion was actually good for oral health. Mainly because whenever people eat anything with garlic and onion, their breath always ends up smelling, well, a little bad. It's also good to find out that it can also help the skin. I was most surprised that it is one way of preventing cancer. I will definitely start eating more onions!

I wouldn’t miss a meal without sautéing or garnishing my dishes with onions or garlic. It enhances the flavor of every stew, stir-fry, and soup. My kids love meals with onions. I also love it in salad, burgers, and sandwiches. The mixture of flavor and aroma is so salivating that it makes me crave for more.
