My mom use to take raw garlic cloves when she get hypertension. I become curious of what more this wonderful thing can do. It came into surprise the different capabilities of garlic to heal and make our lives better. With all the given information, I am certain they are all true about the garlic. Garlic is not difficult to add with our dishes because it actually adds flavor to our meal. I bet life will be incomplete without this wonderful thing - Garlic.

Personally, I actually don't like garlic in any kinds of food. I don't know if it's the taste or the smell. It's just I hate the existence of garlic itself. But after reading this article, I think I just had a change of heart. I didn't know that garlic contains that much vitamins and nutrients before. I'm really grateful that I found this very informative article. I'd really like to know some more facts about the foods that I usually hate so I can somehow change my mind about not eating them. Maybe you should do carrots next?
