What is Choline?
Choline is a strongly basic compound occurring in living tissues and plays a very important  role in the synthesis and transport of lipids. Choline is a water-soluble nutrient and it is usually grouped within the B-complex vitamins (A group of water-soluble vitamins including thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, pyridoxine, folic acid, inositol, and vitamin B12 and occurring chiefly in yeast, liver, eggs, and some vegetables).
Some of the Benefits of CholineLiver: Choline is likely disease caused by exclusive feeding by vein (parenteral nutrition). Giving choline intravenously (by IV) treats liver disease in people receiving parenteral nutrition who are choline deficient.

Membrane Structure: Choline is an essential nutrient in the production of phosphatidylcholine, one of the most important structural building blocks of a living cell. Its unique soap-like structure helps to keep the membrane fluid, yet mostly impermeable.

The "May" Benefits: These are some of the health benefits of Choline that needs further studies but there are some accounts wherein they claim Choline helped. That includes the following:
  • May help memory problems associated with aging
  • Prenatal use may lead to lifelong improvement of visuospatial memory in children born of the pregnancy
  • Supplementation during infancy and childhood may lead to improved lifelong memory
  • May reduce fatigue and increase vigor during strenuous exercise
  • May help reduce levels of plasma homocysteine
